(referred to as “SFGC”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. , specializing in the development and utilization of marine food resources. With a registered capital of 1.5 billion RMB, the total assets of the Group amount to 6.4 billion RMB. SFGC has established 18 joint venture companies in more than 10 countries and regions outside China, and has become a China’s offshore fishing multinational enterprises that is transnational operation, with a global presence, built with the world’s resources and enjoying a high reputation in the international fishing industry.
